Testimonials

Here is just some of what satisfied Saf-T-Pet product owners have told us.

“I received the leash this afternoon and we have used it twice. I have say that it is much better than any other leash to hold, the “handle” works great, the shock-absorbing system works well and the grip near the collar works like a charm. Well done and thanks for your prompt service.”

“I have a large golden retriever who while he is not badly behaved, is strong and likes to investigate interesting smells on our walks. The Saf-T-Leash has two specific features that makes our walks more pleasant. The fat soft handle is extremely comfortable to hold and is very easy on arthritic or problem hands. The shock absorber along the leash makes the dog's sudden movements and change of direction into a gentle flow instead of a jerk of the arm.

“I am so glad I bought the leash. It makes our walks so much more enjoyable, and on the occasions that he does pull hard, I don't feel as if my hand is being crushed.”

– Susan Mouat, Coquitlam, BC, Canada

“Well, I went out with my Staffordshire bull terrier, Sonny-Jim, and tried the new leash. I absolutely LOVE IT!!! At first, it was just getting used to the comfortable spongy handle when walking down by the beach, but soon got used to the comfort and ease that my arm, shoulder and hand were experiencing when walking my very strong male staffy that is still young -- just 16 months.

Not only is the leash very attractive -- better than the many black and brown versions that I usually have -- but I liked that I could adjust the elastic centre of the leash. I have trained dogs for the show world and need to have a short enough leash to make my dog heal on the left side. Sonny-Jim and I have voted this leash a definite 10!"

– Leslie Mercier-Davison, Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeder

“It looks kind of funny, with those two big handles -- one close to the neck, the other at the end. But it works. My headstrong, at times insane, boxer Finnegan loves to lunge. He also likes to run around and around in circles like a madman, so my shoulder constantly risks being ripped from its socket. But I liked the leash. It's kind of funky looking but it works. It felt funny at first; when you hold a regular, standard leash you're not used to holding something that's akin to the rope waterskiers use. But when Madman lunged, I didn't feel much. And he wasn't strangled. I'll use it again."
